Ready to leave for Florida?

The plan was to leave For Florida onSunday  morning at 6am sharp. But as the week progressed, nothing was getting packed. Linda assures me we had nothing to worry about - she could pack everything on Saturday.

Saturday came and was quickly getting spent on other activities. Packing didn't start until 5pm! And lasted until the early morning hours.

And with only a few hours sleep, I stumbled out of bed an hour late.

Making our send off even more challenging? My youngest has developed a cold with an accompanying fever. So, on our way out of the state we will need to stop an an urgent care facility to have him checked. My youngest isn't very careful about spewing his germs and I suspect he has shared those germs with us all.

This should be an interesting day of travel! I am sure there is nothing to worry about.
