Disney Mini Vans

Something new at Disney this year? Mini vans! And we saw these vans at the Boardwalk. These are Chevy Traverse that carry six passengers and come with two child car seats. The cars will take you anywhere on Disney property for $20 and can be ordered using the Lyft App.

We have used Disney Transportation: monoroails, buses, trams, boats, we have used them all! And there are times when I would happily pay $20 to avoid the long lines, the long waits, and the long rides.

I think this service is going to be very popular. Some have said $20 is too expensive, however, I don't believe anyone would use this as common transportation. This is transportation for a special situation: need to hit a reservation, need to be at the park early, or want to avoid the big crowds.

At launch, there are only 20-25 minivans. But I suspect these will be very popular and become a common sight at Disney World.
